(Racler: french for 'to scrape or to rake') raclette cheese served with an assortment of imported and locally crafted dried and cured meats, olives, house pickled onions, cornichons, chutneys, boiled potatoes and freshly baked baguettes.
Fire Roasted Lamb
Slow roasting by the glowing embers of an open fire brings out the natural flavors of meats. Please taste our marinated and roasted leg of lamb, brushed with fresh herbs, lemon and garlic. Seasonal vegetable and dutch oven creation will accompany the lamb.

(Fondre: french for 'to melt') try deer valley's twist on tradition-warm chocolate, caramel, and white chocolate grand marnier fondues.
